What an online request means

A request is not an appointment

Submitting a service request does not create a confirmed appointment, guarantee availability, or require the shop to perform work. An appointment exists only after the shop reviews the request and confirms the date and next step directly with you.

Online drop-off requests require at least 24 hours of notice and are available up to 30 days ahead. Times are shown in America/Detroit: Monday-Friday 8 AM-6 PM and Saturday 8 AM-4 PM; Sunday closed. Only available drop-off slots can be selected and availability is checked again when you submit. A drop-off time is not a guaranteed repair start or completion time.

Vehicle and service information

Provide accurate contact, vehicle, and issue details. Initial selections and descriptions help the shop prepare but are not a diagnosis, inspection result, estimate, or promise that a particular repair is needed or available.

Estimates, approvals, and payment

No price, discount, warranty, completion time, or service scope is established by the website request. The shop will communicate applicable inspection steps, estimates, approvals, offer terms, taxes, fees, and payment requirements before authorized work proceeds.

First-week soft-opening special

The 50% off all services soft-opening offer is limited to September 14-20, 2026, in the shop's America/Detroit timezone. It ends before September 21 and does not continue until the grand opening. Regular hours still apply; the shop is closed Sunday. Submitting a request is not a guarantee of promotion eligibility. Ask the shop which offer applies and confirm any parts, taxes, fees or combination rules before authorizing work.

Ongoing promotions and member savings

The shop is now open. Ongoing benefits are separate from the September 14-20 soft-opening special. United Club members receive the listed member benefits on every visit. Non-member offers are limited to the customer’s first visit. Before work begins, the team will explain what each offer covers and any limits that apply.

The oil change offer includes up to 5 quarts of oil and most standard oil filters. Vehicles requiring more than 5 quarts will incur an additional charge per extra quart. Specialty filters, including cartridge filters common in some import or luxury vehicles, are available at an additional cost payable at the counter.

Urgent and unsafe vehicles

Do not rely on this website for emergencies or immediate roadside help. If a vehicle may be unsafe to drive, stop operating it and use an appropriate towing, roadside, or emergency service.

Contact and privacy

Online requests require a valid email address for email-only appointment updates and confirmations. A phone number is optional and may be used by the shop to call about your request. Submitting this form does not enroll you in SMS or marketing messages. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. If you cannot use email, call (734) 338-2561 to arrange service.

Changes and cancellations

Availability can change. Call (734) 338-2561 if you need to change or cancel a request or appointment. If a submission cannot be confirmed on screen, retry the unchanged request rather than creating another one; call the shop if you are still unsure whether it was received.
