Privacy Policy

Information this website may collect

The online service-request form collects your full name, required email address, vehicle year, make and model, requested service, drop-off date and time, and any concern or details you provide. Phone, plate, VIN, trim, engine and mileage are optional. Do not include payment information or other sensitive information in your request. The site may also receive technical information needed to operate securely, such as an IP address, browser type and request logs.

How information is used

Information is used to review service requests, contact you about the requested work, prevent abuse, maintain website security, and improve the service-request process. A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment until the shop accepts it.

Online appointment notifications are email-only, including updates and confirmations. If you provide a phone number, the shop may call about your request. Submitting this form does not enroll you in SMS or marketing messages and is not permission to send promotional texts. If you cannot use email, call (734) 338-2561 to arrange service.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by service providers that host, secure, or operate the website, manage service requests, or deliver appointment emails. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect the business, customers, or website. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, recordkeeping, security, and legal obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Site analytics

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to collect aggregated traffic and performance measurements without advertising cookies. These measurements help us identify broken pages, slow experiences, and device-level usability problems.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. This website does not currently use advertising cookies or sell data for targeted advertising.
